Lead Teacher — 1 Year Old Classroom
We are seeking a passionate Lead Teacher to join our early childhood team in our 1-year-old classroom. The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports each child’s growth socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically.

Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities and classroom routines
- Create a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
- Support children’s social-emotional development through positive guidance and nurturing relationships
- Supervise and collaborate with assistant teachers and classroom staff
- Communicate professionally with families regarding children’s development and classroom experiences
- Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and school policies
Qualifications
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Experience working in an early childhood classroom
- Strong understanding of child development and classroom management
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Passion for early childhood education and supporting young learners
Assistant Teacher — 2 Year Old Classroom
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support our 2-year-old classroom. The Assistant Teacher works alongside the Lead Teacher to help create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment where children can learn, explore, and grow.

- Support daily classroom routines, activities, and learning experiences
- Assist with preparing and organizing classroom materials and centers
- Engage with children during play, transitions, and daily activities
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment
- Support positive behavior and nurturing interactions with children
- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and classroom team to ensure consistency and support classroom needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred or willingness to pursue
- Experience working with young children preferred
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting young children’s learning and development
